Esquí.

Oh. You don't speak Spanish? Well that's ok. I speak it well enough to tell you that "esquí" means "ski". You're welcome.

On with the blog.

Justin is a super skilled snowboarder. Me? I suck. We want to teach Kennedy to snowboard (so she doesn't suck like me when she's older), but we've heard that it's easier for kids to start out on skis. So Justin took Kennedy skiing for the first time, yesterday . Me? Well, I couldn't go because I was at stupid work.

Here are some pictures from their adventure:

Justin said she skied like a pro. She loved it.
Justin also said she made him fall. A lot. He didn't love it.

But all in all they both had an awesome time. And since Justin works graveyard shifts, they can go any day they want. Me? I will be stuck at stupid work.

What a fun, fun thing for them to be able to share together. On the phone today she was so excited and it was clear she had a blast. She invited me to join her on their next trip, LOL....

Sorry you have to do that stupid work thing....

Kennedy looks so cute all decked out on the slopes. :) Way to go! What a nice Daddy Daughter date.

Good for her! I'm not brave enough to try it now--wish I would have learned at five.

Cute! I wished I knew how to ski or snowboard...something. That is fun that they got to do that together.

how cute is she, the little snow bunny?! Sorry you couldn't go though. That would suck big time. :-( Boycott work! (I wish, right?)

you need to quit work and find a sugar daddy, and one for me too while you are at it. hmmmmm, actually i think that's something i'll add to the old christmas list.

How fun! Yes, I never learned to esquí, and am probably much worse than you. Jen has taken me a couple times, but not enough to get good at it. That's great you can teach her while she's young.

Sis, if you don't like your work, then there must be something wrong with you. If you would just change your attitude, then you could be happy there. ;) Or maybe move to Hawaii and teach Spanish...?

This is great. Well, not the part about you being stuck at work which is really rude, but Kennedy learning to ski is fantastic. She is going to grow up to be such and interesting, well rounded girl.
