Loved.

So I'm another year older. Technically, I'm only another DAY older, but whatever. Thank you all for the birthday wishes, cards, and especially to my amazingly fabulous mom for her sweet birthday tribute. (This is sounding an awful lot like an acceptance speech. "I'd like to thank the little people...")

(No, this wasn't my cake. I just saw a picture of this online and it made me laugh.)

Anyway, it was a good day. My friends at work took me out to lunch and Ashlee and the babies made the trip to come see me so we could go get a Judge brownie.

What? You've never heard of a Judge brownie? ...

Ok. They are only the most delectable chocolate creations that you will ever put in your mouth, and they will immediately awaken your gustatory senses. No lie. But I warn you- once you eat one, you can never go back to being satisfied with a mere brownie-mix brownie. The only place you can satisfy this craving is at the Judge Cafe downtown. And yes, I frequent there enough that the cashier knows me by name.

(I was hesitant to put this picture up because these look almost disgusting compared to my sinfully delicious obsession.)

And when I got home from work, Justin took me out to dinner and a movie. It was nice to have a fun birthday date :)

Thanks again for the comments and phone calls! They made me feel oh so loved.

(Although I think the brownie is what made my birthday so spectacular.)

I am grateful that you had a wonderful birthday. You always seem to be an easy person to please...brownies? it sounds pretty yummy-you are a doll and a day older doll at that. Enjoy the rest of your b-day week! it should possibly go on for a whole week...no responsibilities, goodies, and presents. Oh wait that was when we were 7 years old.

LOL to that cake! Did you get it from the 'cake wrecks' site?

I'm glad you had a nice day Ashley. And those brownies!! There is a place here called 'Fairytale Brownies' that are divine as well. I'll have to send you some for your next b-day.

Thanks, guys! And no, Chris- I didn't get it from that site, but I have seen that website and it cracks me up! Haha. I just hope none of my creations never make in on there...

Fairytale Brownies...? They sound spectacular. I may not be able to wait until next year. I'll make a tirp down there. :)
