Post-its and crayons.

Kennedy came in to work with me for a few minutes, yesterday. She kept herself quite busy with post-it notes and crayons.

Walking into my office this morning and seeing this truly brightened my day:

The pattern: mermaid, green dot, shark, volcano, letters, birds, truck, dinosaur.

I sure love that girl.

I love this.

Did you help her decide on her subjects of illustration?

first of all, OFFICE? Fancy!

it almost makes me want to have kids just so i can post their artwork up instead of all the boring old work related papers. it's much more cheerful.

Mom- no she didn't ask for help. All of the subjects were decided from her own little creative mind.

And you should see my office, Sarah- it is full of Kennedy's artwork. :)

It's amazing what little things kids can do that will bring a smile to our faces and make us happy. My kids can turn my mood around better than anyone. Kids are good to have around :o)
