True love.

December 10, 1992:

There is a boy in 4th grade name Wyatt. He is the most popular kid in fourth grade. We were singing Christmas songs in music, and he sat in front of me and said “you sing pretty.” I said “Uh... thank you.” He said again, “you have a pretty voice.” I said “Thanks.” I think he loves me! I KNOW I love him.

(He became my boyfriend about a year later. I guess he did love me. Although... not long after that, he decided I was annoying and made fun of me at recess. Typical.)

You did love Wyatt.....

I'll be he'll be sorry he made fun of you now that you've made public his offense. LOL...

and look at what he missed out on. we fabulously awesome girls always get the last laugh...

(can we just pretend for the sake of this comment that I actually DO fall into the fabulously awesome category?)

Yes, if he finds my blog, he will feel terrible, I'm sure.

Mel- you are definitely in the "fabulously awesome girls" category.

Once (in the 5th grade) a boy accidently tripped me and then smiled and said he was sorry...from then on I loved him. I am loving that you are posting these journal entries. Keep them coming...
I can't wait until Taylor starts keeping a journal and I hope someday she shares it with the world so I don't get caught trying to read it...;)

I just love these two posts! Who knew that the thoughts of a nine year old could be so entertaining?! I wish that I had an old journal to read, but since my older sister read mine, I never dared to keep one! Keep sharing :o)

Wyatt sounds quite fickle to me, and not very nice. He probably just couldn't handle your awesomeness.

I don't know why I didn't comment on this. It's hilarious. I think I wish that I had kept a journal. Then again, maybe not.
