Nature

As difficult as it is to believe, amidst the snow and bitter cold, life is anew...

...and there is also sunshine. And since there is so little sunshine this time of year, we must soak it in every chance we get. Even if that means sitting on the only spot on the floor in the entire house where the sun is actually shining.

Tulips!!! Yeah!

And in less than 3 weeks you'll be soaking up more rays than you can handle : ) I can hardly wait.

Is that in your yard?! Really?! I was waiting for someone to post that first bit of green. *sigh* I think I can make it through the next few weeks now. Thanks!

I live in a house with a LOT of windows without coverings. That leaves me with a lot of sunlight. Which is good sometimes, but mostly bad because it is always shining on me at really inconveniet times like when i am trying to sleep until 8 am on a saturday. Then I curse that blasted sun. Also, it makes it very difficult for me to walk around in my underwear without an audience. And trust me, NO ONE WANTS TO SEE THAT.

I have a south facing home and I ABSOLUTELY love these pre-spring days when the sun is out and I can open my front door (I have a glass storm door), and let the sunshine in. It is great for my soul and for the gas bill :)

I actually took a cold shower this morning, and all I could say to comfort myself is that I was glad it wasn't in Utah. I'm glad to hear that signs of Spring are present and that it is starting to warm up!

If I could, I would ship you a trunk full of my 80 degree sunshine and a load of oranges.

Hawaii will be amazing.

I wish you were here in AZ with me soaking up some sunshine and warm temperatures. Today it was about 84 degrees. It would be so much more fun to be sharing it with you.:o)
